Owner, Founder & Face Behind SSP&D

My name is Jaleigh Hallsted, and I am proud to call Northeast Nebraska my home. I was born and raised here, and my passion for the livestock industry began in 2016 when I had the privilege of showing my first home-raised steer, Bueller. Shortly after, I expanded into showing pigs and sheep, spending my younger years parading through show rings throughout Nebraska and beyond.

In 2017, my family launched Final Drive Show Supply (FDSS), a business dedicated to providing quality show supplies and feed to those in the livestock industry. This venture has been incredibly rewarding, allowing us to connect with people we cherish and support in our community. The livestock and showing industry has truly been where I have flourished, surrounded by inspiring individuals who have made my journey both fulfilling and meaningful.

In 2022, I ventured into photography, eager to capture the moments that have shaped my life. Thanks to the guidance of my mentors, I quickly honed my skills and began developing a unique style. I owe much of my success to those who have generously shared their knowledge and wisdom, helping me to grow both personally and professionally.

RECENTLY, I HAD AN ITCH.

I felt an exciting new direction calling me—design. I have had the opportunity to explore the world of design through my college coursework, so as I am armed with new skills in Adobe programs, I am now excited to offer a range of design services to the industry.

The quote I live by is simple yet profound: “But God.” It’s a reminder that without faith, prayer, and the guidance of a higher power, I would not be where I am today. While I am deeply grateful for the people who have supported and encouraged me along the way, I know that all my success is ultimately due to God's blessings and direction.
